We feel proud to have done more than 150+ installations of our R&D Blister Packing Machines over the globe to support Pharmaceutical industries.
Considering our market share of R&D Blister Packing Machines and various types of Blister and Cartoning change parts, we are one of the Asia’s biggest Lab Model Blister Packing Machine and Blister change parts (Blister moulds).
Our Team
We MECHTEK have a brilliant team consisting of technocrats, engineers, designers, service technicians and semi-skilled workers having an experience of more than 20 years in Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry who work diligently to deliver all the products in the least possible lead time. We have employed best qualified engineers to get the best techniques and apply them in our manufacturing operations.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Our set up includes various types of advanced CNC machines, wire cutting machines, conventional machines for manufacturing process. We have dedicated in-house change parts testing facility with sophisticated design software.
Quality Assurance
We MECHTEK are known in the industry for our quality-consciousness. We have a thorough testing facility in our lab. At every stage of manufacturing process, right from procuring the raw material to the dispatch of the finished products are strictly administered by a group of experienced quality inspectors.
